This year will mark the 10th anniversary of 9/11 and it will fall on a Sunday. As Christians, it is important for us to reflect on those events, mourn with those who continue with mourn their loss on that day, and those whose lives have been affected by the response to 9/11. Moreover, we should be recommitting ourselves to peacebuilding and outreach which seeks to build relationship and share the love of Christ with Muslim people. Please consider whether your church could host something like a simple soup lunch and raise money for a Christian project engaged in work amongst Muslims.
